AmberMap Terms of Service

§1. General Provisions

The website available at ambermap.com (hereinafter: "Service") is operated by: Konrad Żelazny, NIP: 6762506379, address: Glanów 106B, 32-353 Trzyciąż, email: contact@ambermap.com (hereinafter: "Administrator").

These Terms of Service define the rules for using the Service, including account registration and subscription purchase.

Every User is required to read the Terms of Service before using the Service.

§2. Services Provided Electronically

The Administrator provides the following services through the Service:

  1. User Account management (free service).
  2. Access to the interactive map and information portal.
  3. Premium Subscription service (paid), including notifications about predicted amber deposits.

The User cannot add their own public content to the Service.

§3. Contract and Payments

The Subscription contract is concluded at the time of payment by the User.

Payments in the Service are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.).

The Subscription is activated immediately after the Administrator receives payment confirmation from the operator.

Prices listed in the Service are gross prices.

§4. Right of Withdrawal

A User who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

Important:

Pursuant to Article 38(13) of the Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from a contract for the supply of digital content does not apply if performance has begun with the Consumer's express consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period and after being informed by the Administrator of the loss of the right to withdraw.

By clicking the payment button and accepting the relevant consent, the User requests immediate access to Premium content and acknowledges the loss of the right to a 14-day withdrawal.

§5. Complaints

The User has the right to file a complaint at: contact@ambermap.com

The Administrator will process the complaint within 14 business days.
